How to make thin, delicious pancakes without flour

Ingredients
For cooking, you need the following products:
- potato starch – 200 g;
- milk – 400 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- oil – 2 tbsp.;
- sugar – 2 tbsp.;
- salt – 0.5 tsp.
How to cook
Milk and eggs should be at room temperature. Remove them from the refrigerator in advance. Mix them.
Next, add oil, sugar, salt and starch to the milk mixture. Please note that starch does not dissolve. This is normal. After mixing, the dough will be liquid, but a little sticky. It will thicken in the pan.
Bake the pancakes until cooked on both sides. They are so thin and tender. Enjoy!
