How to make Turkish halva at home

What products are needed
For halva you will need the following ingredients:
- melted butter – 2 tbsp.;
- flour – 4 tbsp.;
- sugar – 150 g;
- 1.5 tbsp. water;
- powdered sugar with vanilla;
- cinnamon.
How to make halva
Make the syrup at the first stage of cooking. To do this, add sugar, water and cinnamon to the container. Heat until everything dissolves.
You need to heat the ghee and fry the flour in it. Stir thoroughly and constantly so that it does not burn. When the flour is toasted, pour the syrup over it and continue mixing. The mixture should thicken. When it is ready, spoon it onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar and vanilla. Alternatively, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
