- beets — 2 kg
- juicy carrots — 0.5 kg
- onions — 0.5 kg
- oil — 50 ml
- 9% vinegar — 6 tbsp.
- salt — 2 tbsp.
- granulated sugar — 3 tbsp.
How to cook
The recipe is quite simple to prepare. You need to peel the vegetables, and then pass everything together through a meat grinder. As a result, you will have a vegetable puree of carrots, beets and onions.
Transfer to a basin or saucepan. Set to cook for 1 hour. Stir periodically so that nothing burns. Time to add sugar. salt, oil and vinegar. Cook for another 15 minutes.
