Ingredients:
- pork 0.600
- beef 0.600
- onion 0.250
- garlic 0.015
- salt, pepper to taste
- milk 0.100
- butter 0.100
Preparation:
1. We wash the meat in cold water, remove all veins and films, maybe even bones, depending on what kind of meat you buy.
2. Peel the onion and garlic and cut them together with the meat into pieces that will be convenient to put in the meat grinder, twist everything in the meat grinder, add salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Then we add milk and mix well again, let the minced meat stand for an hour or an hour and a half: so that the milk is completely absorbed into the minced meat.
4. The secret: after everything, add melted butter and mix well, the minced meat is ready and turns out to be very juicy. Keep in mind that you should not freeze such minced meat, it is better to use it immediately for making dumplings.
