How to make very spicy pickled green tomatoes

No one will refuse such tomatoes. They are so pleasantly spicy. They are very popular as a snack. And they are also simply delicious to have for dinner. Even if it's not a very healthy fried potato.

Ingredients

For cooking, you need the following products:

  • green tomatoes – 3.5 kg;
  • hot peppers – 3 pcs.;
  • fresh parsley – 1 bunch;
  • fresh dill – 1 bunch;
  • garlic – 1 head;
  • black peppercorns – 10 pcs.;
  • allspice peas – 10 pcs.;
  • water – 2.5 l;
  • salt – 2.5 tbsp.;
  • sugar – 10 tbsp.;
  • vinegar 9% – 300 ml.

How to cook

Tomatoes need to be washed and cut into 4 parts. Prepare hot pepper and cut into rings. Also pass the garlic through a press and chop the dill, parsley. Mix everything together and leave for 15-20 minutes.

While the tomatoes exchange flavors with other components, you can make the marinade. To do this, put the water to heat. Bring to a boil. Add salt, sugar, allspice and black peppercorns. Boil for 3 minutes, pour in the vinegar.

Tamp the tomatoes into jars. Pour in the hot marinade. After that, let everything stand for 15 minutes. Pour the marinade into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour all the tomatoes again, roll up the lids.

Now you can cover the jars with towels and leave them to cool. Enjoy!
