How to make warm potato salad

Such a delicious salad that can replace a second course. Of course, because it has everything you need to eat well: potatoes and chicken.
Ingredients
You will need the following:
- potatoes — 5 pcs.;
- chicken fillet — 200 g;
- butter — 30 g;
- pickled cucumbers — 200 g;
- lettuce leaves;
- greens (dill, parsley or cilantro);
- green onions.
For dressing:
- olive oil — 4 tbsp.;
- mustard — 1 tsp;
- soy sauce — 3 tbsp.;
- dried garlic — 0.5 tsp.
How to prepare the salad
The potatoes need to be boiled in their skins. Then peel them, cut them into halves, quarters, and fry in oil on all sides. The chicken fillet also needs to be fried separately and cut into squares. Alternatively, you can bake it with spices and then cut it.
Then add sliced cucumber and chopped herbs to the potatoes and chicken. Dress the salad with a sauce of olive oil, mustard, soy sauce, and dried garlic. Delicious!
