Ingredients:
1 kg of ribs to your taste
Sauce:
4-5 tbsp. l. soy sauce
1 tbsp. l. French mustard
1 tbsp. l. hot mustard
2-3 tbsp. l. ketchup
1 tbsp. l. honey
2 tbsp. l. oil
4 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients until completely dissolved. Put the ribs, dried with a paper towel, in the sauce and put them in the refrigerator, let them marinate for 2 hours, or overnight.
After that, prepare the sleeve for baking. Cut the onion into rings and put it there. Place the ribs on the onion and pour the remaining sauce on top.
Put in the oven heated to 200 degrees, bake for 45 minutes, then cut the sleeve, pour the sauce from the sleeve on top of the ribs and leave in the oven for another 15 minutes . Delicious!
