How to marinate beef for roasting in a sleeve so that the meat becomes fragrant
Beef goes well with many marinades. With them, the meat acquires a new taste and aroma, which makes it very tender and appetizing. It is easy to cook in a sleeve. Your task is only to prepare the meat.
How to marinate
Don't worry too much. The cooks have already thought of everything. They recommend making a marinade with the following components:
- ground paprika – 1 tablespoon;
- granulated garlic — 0.5 tsp;
- Italian herbs — 1 tsp;
- soy sauce — 50 ml;
- oil – 1 tbsp.
To make it easier to mix, mix together the components specified in the recipe in a bowl. As you can understand, it is easy to prepare the marinade.
The prepared beef should be smeared with the marinade. Leave for 1 hour. Then put in a baking sleeve. Do not pour out the remains of the marinade, and also send it to the sleeve. Such beef is baked for an hour at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. If there is a desire, 10 minutes before readiness, the bag can be cut to form an appetizing crust. Delicious!
