How to overcome the desire to give up and give up

Everything good is easy and simply does not come . Relationships.

Career. Marriage. Life. All this at some point can make you feel incredible stress or complete burnout. You go through difficult moments, you face a huge number of problems and sometimes you reach the point where you think it's time to just give up.

Remember, you always have a choice: either to give up or to continue. And in the midst of a struggle, when you're analyzing whether to push through the barriers or turn back, there are certain things you need to know.

Struggle, like everything else, is temporary

Battles are inevitable. You will go through situations that will devastate you and make you question the injustice of this world. You won't get an answer, don't even wait. Why? Because in such periods there is no reason and no explanation. It's just a fact and a given that needs to be accepted.

The fight doesn't last forever, unless you want it to. If you give in to your own suffering, then you risk running in circles for a long time without any hint of progress. If you look at struggle as an opportunity to grow, you will become stronger. We cannot control some variables in our lives. We can only control how we deal with them. And if you feel terrible today, remember that tomorrow you will have another chance.

There is a relationship between compromise and giving up

Many people, when they hear the word “compromise”, think that it mainly refers to relationships. Sometimes you really need to let go of something in order to come to an understanding with your partner. Such a “rejection” may be necessary to improve the situation. However, if you are putting your happiness and your goals at risk, you need to step aside to think the situation through and weigh the benefits. Is this a compromise, from your point of view, or a banal desire to give up?

Refusal to fight does not always mean failure and failure

Sometimes it is appropriate to let something go in order to move forward and grow. You agree to give up and give up when there is nothing you can do anymore, when you have nothing left to give. You give up when the road you're on ends in a dead end. The fact that you had to give up on that path doesn't mean you've failed, it just means you've exhausted all your options. After all, there are always other roads. From this point on, you need to make a decision about how to move forward. Reevaluate what you want. Analyze the current situation and factors, then change your perspective and your expectations.

Every situation is measured by your perspective

Sometimes you have to let something go. But there are times when you should not allow yourself to give up your choice. When tasks seem too difficult or impossible, take them as a challenge and tackle them with redoubled energy, remembering that growth and personal victories are achieved through persistence and perseverance. If you know that the goal to which you are moving will improve and enrich your life, stubbornly go for it. Use all the resources you have and ask for help when you need it.

Our battles are only as difficult as we make them. Sometimes you may feel like you are suffocating in your life and can no longer see a way out. But to give you some perspective, remember that your worst day can be someone else's best day.

You deserve success and total victory. You deserve to have all your bad moments turned into your moments of triumph. No one promised that life would be easy, but it is a valuable gift that should be worked on constantly.
