To prepare, you need to take: one medium head of cabbage, 2 carrots, 1 head of garlic, 2 l of water, 200 g of sugar, 2 tbsp. salt and 200 ml of 9% vinegar.
Carrots and cabbage must be chopped, it is convenient to do this with a food processor, but an ordinary grater or knife will not fail.
Put the garlic through a press or pound it in mortar.
Mix the vegetables in a saucepan, and then prepare the marinade.
Pour salt and sugar into boiling water, stir to dissolve the granules completely, and pour vinegar.
< p>You need to pour the hot marinade over the cabbage, leave it at room temperature, and it will be ready in 6-8 hours.
Store it in a jar in the refrigerator and enjoy it with various side dishes!
