Carrots can be a perfect snack. It will be so crispy and with a pleasant spicy taste. It will fly across the plates extremely quickly. Choose juicy and crunchy carrots for pickling.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- carrots – 600 g ;
- hot pepper – 1 pc.;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- coriander in grains – 1 teaspoon;
- pea pepper – 10 pcs.;
- allspice – 6 pcs.;
- water – 300 ml;
- salt – 1.5 glasses;

- sugar – 1 tablespoon;
- apple cider vinegar 4.5% – 200 ml.
How to cook
Cut the carrots nicely either into bars or circles. Just don't slice too thinly or thickly. Moderately so that it marinates well.
Prepare the marinade. Bring water, salt, sugar, vinegar to a boil. Let everything dissolve. Add the vinegar at the end without heating.
Place carrots, chopped peppers, garlic, coriander, peppercorns in a jar. Pour the marinade, but it should be slightly cooled already. Close the lid and wait 5 days. Of course, if it's longer, it's better for carrots, but carrots will be tasty in just 5 days. By the way, pickled garlic is also incredibly crunchy. You can put it a little more. Delicious!
