
How to pickle cucumbers in 5 minutes that turn out crispy and “juicy”

Pickled cucumbers are a delicious and aromatic addition to the table. It's even better if you get them on a cold winter evening for dinner to please yourself and your household. But first, you need to pickle them. At first glance, it may seem that the process is long and boring. This is not so. There is a recipe that will help you cope with the preparation in just 5 minutes.
For 500 g of fresh and firm small fruits, you need to take:
- 1 tsp. salt;
- 0.5 tsp. red hot pepper;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp. mustard, honey;
- 2 tbsp. chopped dill;
- 2 tsp. 9% vinegar;
- 25 ml of vegetable oil;
- 25 ml of cold water (boiled).
How to pickle cucumbers
The cooking process is quite simple. First, cut the vegetables into circles. The thickness should be about one centimeter.
Next, add the other ingredients to the cucumbers, then mix and transfer to a container with a lid for 2 hours. Then put the dish in the refrigerator.
After a few hours, you can transfer the cucumbers to a jar.
The cucumbers turn out to be spicy, crispy and very aromatic.
