For cooking, you will need the following products:
- sweet pepper – 600 g;
- water – 1 l;
- sugar – 3 tbsp.;
- salt – 1 tbsp.;
- citric acid – 1 tsp.;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- mustard seeds – 1 tsp.
How to cook
Prepare the pepper for pickling. Place in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Then cool it and put in jars.
Let's move on to preparing the marinade. For it, you need to mix together water, sugar, salt, and citric acid.
Distribute the mustard seeds and garlic into jars. Pour over the hot marinade. Sterilize the pepper. In liter jars, 10-15 minutes. Roll up the lids and leave to cool. Enjoy!
