Ingredients:
Marinade:
2 l of water
150 sugar
200 vinegar
100 g of salt
Preparation:
Clean and rinse the mushrooms well. Cut large mushrooms, if there are small ones, leave them whole. Pour water and add citric acid. Cook for 15 minutes, removing the foam. Rinse the mushrooms under cold running water.
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. Add vinegar, salt, and sugar to the water. When the marinade boils, add the mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes. Place a bay leaf, peppercorns, allspice, and cloves at the bottom of sterile jars.
Spread the mushrooms with the marinade in the jars, close and turn them upside down, and cover them to keep them warm until they cool completely.
