Gone are the days when almost all salads were topped with mayonnaise. Now, on the contrary, salads dressed with other sauces are more appreciated. This bright-looking, tasty salad can become a decoration of your holiday table if you prepare it.

Let's start with the main ingredient – meat. It can be pork, beef or chicken. We cut the meat into longitudinal strips, 8-10 cm long, and fry in oil. We spread it on a paper towel so that there is no excess fat, and transfer it to a salad bowl. And only now we salt, pepper, add paprika.
Now we work with vegetables. Cut the red sweet pepper and purple onion into strips, cut the tomatoes into half rings, but remove the soft part where the seeds are: there is no need for excess liquid in the salad.
Add canned corn, sesame seeds fried until golden. And at the end, squeeze a few cloves of garlic through a garlic press. Sprinkle finely chopped. Parsley or cilantro (you can use half).
Dress this salad with soy sauce and grain mustard (2 tablespoons of sauce and 1 tablespoon of mustard). Pour hot oil on top of the garlic, let it infuse for 1-2 hours. A delicious bright salad is ready to be served!
