With this sauce, you can easily prepare shawarma at home, and it is no worse, and probably even tastier than the one offered by local fast food restaurants. Products:
- ryazhenka – 0.1 l;
- mayonnaise – 0.1 l;
- sour cream – 0.1 l;
- lemon juice – a quarter teaspoon;
- salt – ½ teaspoon spoons;
- sugar – a pinch;
- suneli hops – a third of a teaspoon;
- curry – a third of a teaspoon;
- sweet paprika – ½ teaspoon;
- garlic – 3 cloves.
Step-by-step preparation
- Preparation of classic sauce for shawarma, it starts with mixing equal proportions of ryazhanka, mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Then lemon juice, salt, sugar, suneli hops, curry and sweet paprika are added to the mixture. Garlic is rubbed on a grater and added to other ingredients.
- Put the sauce in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, but preferably for a day. In this case, the taste will be richer and deeper.
The difference is significant, but if you need the sauce as soon as possible, you can keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
