How to prepare a delicious marinade for the liver, which turns out “juicy” and without a specific taste and aroma

Few cooks know about this method of preparing liver marinade, but thanks to it, dishes turn out tender and very tasty. You need the simplest ingredients, and you can marinate the liver for 90 minutes. up to 24 hours, so it can be prepared both faster and in advance.

Products:

  • liver (beef, pork, chicken) – 0.6-0.8 kg;
  • onion – 1 bulb;
  • chicken egg – 1 piece;
  • garlic – 3-5 cloves;
  • sugar – teaspoon;
  • salt – teaspoon;
  • soda – ½ teaspoon;
  • vegetable oil;
  • flour (wheat or corn );
  • spices – as desired.

Step-by-step preparation

  1. Preparation of the marinade begins with mixing all components except onion and flour. The garlic is passed through a press and, if desired, spices are added.
  2. Then the liver is prepared: wash, remove the films, cut. The pieces are put in the marinade, mixed and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour and a half. But you should remember that it will be tastier if you marinate it for a day.
  3. Next, chop the onion, and then fry it in oil until ready. After that, the onion is removed from the pan, and the pieces of liver are breaded in flour and laid out in the same pan.
  4. After frying all the pieces, the liver is mixed with onions, covered with a lid and simmered for 5-10 minutes.
