This salad can be a great breakfast for those who adheres to a proper diet, as well as a wonderful hearty snack.

What products must be prepared:

  • half a kilo of fresh beets;
  • 2 medium carrots;
  • 150 g of natural yogurt;
  • a tablespoon of liquid honey;
  • two spoons of chopped nuts (of your choice);
  • < li>hot spices (a little grated ginger, turmeric and chili pepper);

  • a little salt or lemon juice.

Peel, wash and cut carrots and beets into strips. For convenience, you can use a grater or a food processor – which option seems more convenient to someone.

Nuts should be crushed. You can choose any – the main thing is that they are not bitter.

In a separate bowl, mix our original dressing – yogurt, honey, lemon juice (salt) and spices.

Combine ingredients and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
