How to prepare a healthy breakfast with sour cheese and egg in 5 minutes

Useful and tasty start to the day! Quick and easy! Cheese and egg for breakfast is prepared in a microwave oven in 5 minutes. This recipe is a lifesaver when you are short on time. Nutritious, balanced in composition, delicate cheese casserole will charge the body with healthy energy for the whole day.

Ingredients:

  • Cheese (5-9%) – 200 grams
  • < li>Eggs – 2 pcs.

  • Sugar (bitter or to taste) 1 table. l.
  • Wheat flour (with bitter) – 2 tsp. l.
  • Raisins – 1 table. l.
  • Water – 2 table. l.

Preparation:

Prepare the necessary products. Cheese can be taken with a fat content of 5-9%. The higher the fat content of the cheese, the tastier and more nutritious the dish will be. The main thing is that the cheese should be fresh, not acidic and not hard.

Wash the raisins thoroughly and pour hot water and leave for 10-15 minutes. Drain and dry them with paper towels. You can take any dried fruits (apricots, prunes) or dried berries (cranberries, cherries).

In a bowl, combine the cheese, eggs, sugar and flour. Add sugar to taste, taking into account the sweet taste of dried fruits. Instead of sugar, you can also use a sugar substitute that is not afraid of heat treatment.

Mix the cheese mass until smooth.

Add clean, dried raisins to the resulting mass. If you are using large dried fruits, first cut them finely with a knife.

In a bowl suitable for microwave cooking, add water so that the casserole does not dry out during cooking.

Put the cheese mass in bowl and flatten.

Put the cheese with the egg in the microwave at 750 W. Cooking time will be enough for 3 minutes. Keep in mind that all microwave ovens work differently. Cooking time and recommended power may vary. Read the instructions for your appliance and take into account the specifics of your particular technique.

The finished casserole is compacted.

Turn the bowl with the casserole over onto a plate. It can be served both chilled and warm.
