How to prepare a krill appetizer for cocktail serving
Serving appetizers in portions is nice and convenient. If you plan to prepare a cocktail table, make a salad with krill. Tasty, attractive and original.
Ingredients
You need the following products for cooking:
- canned krill – 250 g ;
- tomato – 1 pc.;
- apple – 1 pc;
- canned peas – 4 tablespoons;
- green salad – 20 g; mayonnaise – 100 g;
- lemon.
How to cook
Lay green salad leaves in portioned salad bowls. Top with the tomato and spread, as well as the apple. Then you can add another layer of tomatoes.
Next, according to the plan, green peas and mayonnaise follow. Krill meat completes the salad picture.
Garnish with a little more mayonnaise on top. And for beauty, you can put a lemon slice. Delicious!
