Ingredients:

  • sweet pepper – ½ part of the fruit;
  • parsley , cilantro, basil – a bunch;
  • chili pepper (flakes) – ½ teaspoon;
  • oregano – 2 teaspoons;
  • salt, black pepper ( ground) – to taste;
  • garlic – two cloves;
  • tomatoes (dried) – 10 g;
  • olive oil – 50 ml;

  • balsamic sauce – a tablespoon.

Step by step preparation

  1. A blender is used to combine the ingredients. To begin with, bell pepper (cleaned) is placed in a bowl, then parsley, cilantro, and basil follow.
  2. Then spices are added – chili pepper, oregano, black pepper.
  3. Then garlic is added, tomatoes, add oil, vinegar and balsamic sauce. The ingredients are mixed until smooth and sent to infuse in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
