Ingredients:
- sweet pepper – ½ part of the fruit;
- parsley , cilantro, basil – a bunch;
- chili pepper (flakes) – ½ teaspoon;
- oregano – 2 teaspoons;
- salt, black pepper ( ground) – to taste;
- garlic – two cloves;
- tomatoes (dried) – 10 g;
- olive oil – 50 ml;

- vinegar (wine) – 20 g;
- balsamic sauce – a tablespoon.
Step by step preparation
- A blender is used to combine the ingredients. To begin with, bell pepper (cleaned) is placed in a bowl, then parsley, cilantro, and basil follow.
- Then spices are added – chili pepper, oregano, black pepper.
- Then garlic is added, tomatoes, add oil, vinegar and balsamic sauce. The ingredients are mixed until smooth and sent to infuse in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
