How to prepare a vitamin and hearty salad with sea cucumber in 10 minutes

< p>Perfect for a holiday or just for dinner. Spicy, bright, juicy and incredibly tasty! and with this composition of products it turns out very well, moreover, without mayonnaise. Avocado and red fish are simply made for each other, and with the addition of other fresh vegetables it is an appetizing vitamin bomb.

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce leaves – 100 g
  • < li>Gorbusha – 100 g

  • Cucumbers (about 100 grams) – 1 pc.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 120 g
  • Onion – 0.5 pc.
  • Avocado (about 100 grams) – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil (optional) 3 tbsp. l.
  • Lemons – 0.5 pcs.
  • Ground black pepper, salt, herbs to taste

Preparation:

You can use any lettuce leaves, for example Iceberg, Romaine, Lettuce, Corn and others.

Wash the lettuce thoroughly and dry it with paper towels to get rid of excess moisture Chop the leaves arbitrarily, or cut them into large pieces with a knife.

Peel the onion and wash it. For a salad, it is better to use red onion, it looks brighter and more appetizing in the finished dish, besides, it has a milder taste, unlike ordinary onions, and is ideal for vegetable mixes. Varieties such as white salad or shallots are also perfect. Cut the onion into thin half rings or rings and send it to a salad bowl.

Wash and dry the tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut the vegetables as you like.

Wash the avocado and cut it into small cubes. Add to all the components.

Break the hot smoked fish (any red, you can even mackerel for a budget version) into small pieces with your hands and add the top layer to the salad. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top.

Add a mixture of ground peppers and salt to taste. Add a little olive oil if desired. Avocados and red smoked fish are fatty on their own, so keep oils to a minimum. And finally, sprinkle the salad with fresh finely chopped greens.

Decorate the salad with a sprig of parsley or dill.

Before serving, mix the salad thoroughly, let it stand for 2-5 minutes, mix again and serve .
