How to prepare breakfast or a snack in just 10 minutes: croutons with cheese and egg

Delicious, from simple products, for breakfast and snack! You can prepare croutons with cheese and egg in a pan in 10 minutes. You can put yesterday's bread on them – the sandwiches will still be tasty and tender. This is a great breakfast in a hurry!

Ingredients:

  • Loaf – 250 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Vegetable oil – 20 g
  • Greens and spices to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Don't take the loaf when it's fresh. Yesterday's or even the day before yesterday will do well. Take any cheese, the main thing is that it can be grated and that it melts well. You can use any greens.

For cooking, take a deep bowl so that there are no splashes when mixing. Break eggs into a bowl and add milk. Mix everything a little with a whisk. No need to beat. It is enough to have a homogeneous mass.

Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater and add to the bowl.

Wash the fresh parsley and dry it from excess moisture. Then finely chop and add to the bowl. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix all the ingredients with each other.

Dip each slice of loaf into the mixture on two sides.

Put the slices of loaf on a hot pan and fry over low heat, with the addition of a small amount of oil.< /p>

Fry the croutons on both sides until golden brown. The croutons should turn out to be an appetizing golden color.

Transfer the finished croutons to a paper towel to remove excess oil from them.

The croutons with cheese are very tasty both hot and cold.< /p>
