How to prepare cabbage for cabbage rolls without nerves and burns

Many housewives do not often spoil their loved ones with cabbage rolls prepared for lunch or dinner, for one simple reason – to cook them for a long time and not so easily.
However, if you are the lucky owner of a microwave oven, the process is much easier.
< p>But if there is not even a microwave oven, there is one way to prepare cabbage for cabbage rolls, thanks to which your fingers and nerves will remain in perfect order.
So, the first step is to wash the vegetable and cut the head of cabbage. After that, place the cabbage in the pan with the place where the cabbage used to be facing down.
Fill the dish with water so that the cabbage is covered about half way and put it on the stove.
Wait until the liquid boils, reduce the flame and cook over low heat. After about 2-3 minutes, turn off the heat. Leave the cabbage in the pot so that it becomes softer.
When the water cools down to about 70 degrees, turn the cabbage with a fork or slotted spoon upside down. Pour about 150-200 ml of boiling water into the recess left after removing the head of cabbage and leave it until the water cools down completely.
It is best to prepare cabbage for cabbage rolls in this way from the evening – in the morning you can easily disassemble cob – the leaves will remain elastic, but at the same time convenient for further work.
