How to prepare “lazy” lecho in a slow cooker for the winter

In the process of preparing the preparations in the winter, manipulations such as sterilization and pasteurization take the most time.
After preparing lecho in a slow cooker, you can do without performing these actions, which will not only reduce the cooking time, but also save your strength.
For this lazy lecho, you will need:
- 2 kg of bell pepper;
- 1 kg of tomatoes;
- 3 large heads of garlic;
- 100 g of vegetable oil;
- 50 g of vinegar;
- salt and sugar to taste.
- Ripe and juicy tomatoes should be cut into large pieces, and peppers should be cut into straws or large squares.
- Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, cover with vegetables, salt and add sugar. You need to prepare the future lecho in the stewing mode for 30 minutes.
- While the vegetable mass is being prepared, prepare the jars. Wash the glass containers and let the water drain, then put them in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- 3 minutes before readiness, add chopped garlic to the slow cooker.
- After the beep sounds the signal indicating the end of cooking, pour vinegar and mix lecho.
- What remains is to spread the vegetable mixture into jars and roll up the lids.
