How to prepare soil for spring seedlings in autumn

Make the work that awaits you in the spring easier. Prepare the soil in the fall. This will be more convenient, and the quality of the substrate will allow you to start growing the necessary plants without any problems.

Soil composition for seedlings

Preparing the mixture is a fairly simple task. To do this, you need:

• rotted compost;
• lowland peat;
• river sand;
• trichoderma – 1 tbsp. granules;

For two parts of compost, you need to take one part of peat and sand. That is, the ratio is 2:1:1. The substrate will be loose and nutritious enough. And the Trichoderma granules will not allow pathogenic bacteria to spread.

All components must be mixed. Place in storage bags and send to the basement. In the spring, you will have a ready substrate.
