4 eggplants
1 head of garlic

olive oil

Preparation:

Wash the eggplants, pierce with a knife and bake in the oven at temperature 180 degrees for 60 minutes. After that, transfer the eggplants to a container or a bowl and cover tightly so that they lie down and clean better.

Then cut the eggplants, remove the middle with a spoon, and cut a little with a knife. Squeeze or rub garlic into it and add salt. Put chopped onion, tomato, pepper and greens on top.

Drizzle all this with olive oil. A delicious eggplant snack is ready. Serve and enjoy. Delicious!
