It is not a question that everything can be bought in the store. It is possible, but it is also quite simple to preserve delicious corn yourself. Suddenly someone has a lot of corn and does not know what to do with it. Feel free to take this recipe to your culinary piggy bank.
Ingredients
For cooking, you will need the following products:
- 2 kg of corn kernels;
- 1.6 l of water;
- 1 tbsp. salt.
How to cook
Boil the young corn until half cooked. The water should be salted. Cool. Then separate the grains and arrange them in sterilized jars. Pour boiling water over them.
Now simply close the jars with lids, turn them over, cover with a blanket and leave for a day to cool. Enjoy!
