How to properly boil squid so as not to make them rubbery
You can throw squids into hot water for a few minutes, and take them out already rubbery. You will not be able to taste such seafood anymore. Everything is decided by the cooking time, so first you need to know the theory, and then you can cook, bake or fry a valuable product.

Bring the water in a pot to a boil. Lower the squid carcass and keep it in boiling water for no more than 40 seconds. Take out and put down the others in the same way. It is not necessary to throw everything in at once, because the uniformity of cooking will be disturbed. This is a classic way of boiling squid.
Another way. Bring the water to a boil. Lower the squid for 5 seconds and remove. After a few minutes, lower for 10 seconds. That's it, the cooking is complete.
Such methods help to clearly follow the time period, which is quite enough to cook seafood. Squid definitely won't taste rubbery.
