How to properly bread chicken cutlets so that they remain juicy?
First of all, it should be noted that ordinary breadcrumbs are not suitable for this purpose. It is best to use a proven method that never fails.
To do this, you need to take a couple of chicken eggs, break them into a bowl and combine them until a homogeneous mass is formed with a fork. Then we spread ordinary wheat flour in an even layer on the board.
At first, the cutlets are treated with flour, and then with an egg mixture. After that, you need to start frying immediately.
