From the nightshade family, more precisely tomatoes, eggplants and peppers, sweet Bulgarian pepper is considered the most capricious. The seeds do not germinate very well, seedlings need special conditions for growth, and it is better not to experiment with feeding.
How to feed pepper seedlings
The most important thing is to start feeding after the emergence of seedlings. This is the first feeding of peppers.
The main thing here is to wait for the appearance of the first real leaf on the plant. This means that it enters an active phase of growth, which is impossible without feeding.
Organic fertilizers have been tested for a long time and have proven themselves as a reliable tool.
The solution is used mullein (bird droppings) in a ratio of 1:10 (1:20, respectively).
Provide the soil with nitrogen, but if the concentration is not observed, you can burn the plants.
Mineral nutrition. The easiest way to grow seedlings. Additives containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are used.
No less effective and more convenient than organic additives. It is easier to follow the dosage, easier to use and store.
Folk remedies. Infusion of onion peel or wood ash has proven itself well. It is important to remember that these additives are not able to provide the plant with nutrients in full. And calculating the dosage is even more difficult than with organics.
After fertilizing, continue to monitor the plant.
If the stem and leaves remain green, then the fertilizers have been beneficial.
