Ingredients for the dough:
1.5 tsp. dry yeast
100 ml of warm water
1 tsp. sugar
For the dough:
- 250 ml of warm water
- sugar to taste
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla sugar if desired
- 300 g of flour
Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in water and add sugar, stir and leave for 15 minutes so that the yeast starts to “work”. After that, add another 250 ml of warm water, sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar.
Mix everything and add flour little by little and knead the dough. Leave it to rise. After it rises, spoon the dough onto a frying pan preheated with oil and fry the pancakes on both sides over low heat. Enjoy!
