Ingredients:
half a domestic chicken
3.5 liters of water
1 carrot
1 onion black
salt, pepper, bay leaf to taste
Preparation:
Wash and soak the chicken in water well, divide into pieces. Pour water over the meat, cover with a lid and set to cook. Do not forget to remove the foam that forms during boiling, the transparency of the broth depends on it.
Put in the pre-peeled carrots and onions, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat under the lid for 3 hours. The lid should be slightly ajar.
At the end, put in the bay leaf. Remove the meat, separate from the bones, cut into small pieces and put back into the broth. Bring to a boil and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve with finely chopped herbs. Enjoy!
