How to protect cereals from harmful insects

Moths and bugs, who love to feast on supplies not prepared for them, can spoil rice, buckwheat, semolina, flour and other loose products.

It is very difficult to get rid of uninvited guests, and if they have already started, then the cereals from insects will have to be eliminated along with the pests.

Therefore, the most effective way to prevent the infection of cereals and loose products with bugs and moth larvae is to prevent their appearance.

As it turned out, insects simply cannot stand the taste and metal smell.

Therefore, to combat them, you can use any metal objects – from metal lids to cutlery.

In order not to clutter up the containers with cereals with bulky objects, you can use regular foil.

Cut the aluminum foil that you usually use for baking dishes in the oven into small pieces and place them in the jars with cereals.
