1 kg of fresh salmon
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Preparation:

First, wash and dry the fish, cut into pieces, first remove all the bones with tweezers. Put in the freezer for 1 night.

Then defrost, put in a container, add sugar and salt, rub the fish well and put in the refrigerator to stand for 24 hours.
