How to quickly and inexpensively prepare a filling pie with an egg and green onion

Quick, simple, inexpensive for the whole family! A filling pie with an egg and green onions on kefir can be served for breakfast, a snack and even for dinner. After all, the pie is made quickly, simply and from the most affordable products.

Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • Wheat flour – 100 grams
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Kefir – 0.5 cups
  • Baking agent – 0.3 tsp. spoons
  • Salt – to taste

For the filling:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Green onion – 100 g.
  • Salt to taste

    To lubricate the form:

    • Vegetable oil 1 tsp. spoon

    For dusting:

    • Sesame – 1 tsp. l.

    Preparation:

    How to make a filling pie with an egg and green onions on kefir? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs for the filling in advance.

    Chop the green onion and put it in a bowl with the grated eggs.

    Salt the onion with the egg and mix gently. This will be the filling for the pie.

    Prepare the filling dough. How to make dough? Wash the egg and break it into a bowl, add salt and beat a little with a fork until the salt dissolves. You don't need to beat it until it becomes foamy, you just need to get a homogeneous mass.

    In another bowl, pour fresh kefir, add a beaten egg and mix until smooth. Instead of kefir, you can take sour milk or liquid sour cream.

    Add sifted wheat flour with baking powder to the liquid ingredients. At the same time, the flour will be saturated with oxygen and the cake will be more airy.

    Salt and mix everything well to a homogeneous dough. It should come out like sour cream. If the dough is too thick, add a little more kefir to the consistency.

    Grease the baking form with oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina. This will allow you to take out the finished cake without any obstacles. Pour 2/3 of the dough into the mold and level it.

    Spread the egg and onion filling on top in an even layer.

    Pour the remaining dough over the filling and level it so that it is completely covered. Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.

    Put the cake pan in a hot oven and bake it for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180°C, until done. The top should become ruddy, spring when pressed on the surface. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer. If you pierce the cake with it and then take it out, it should remain dry.

    Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly.
