How to quickly clean wooden boards by hand

To keep wooden kitchen utensils clean, you should not resort to household appliances. Despite the fact that this method is the simplest, hot water and harsh cleaning agents used in the dishwasher can irreparably damage the wood. Instead, try cleaning your board by hand, as it won't take much time.

To quickly clean your wooden cutting board, brush off any crumbs and dip it in hot water with a little detergent.
Wash it in water and don't forget to use a scraper to remove any remaining moisture from the surface. After that, you will need a stiff brush and salt.
First sprinkle one side of the cutting surface with salt, then go over it with a brush dipped in water.
To prevent your cutting board from becoming a source of disease-causing microbes in your kitchen, it must be disinfected. To do this, wipe the wooden board with a clean sponge soaked in white vinegar.
After each operation with water, remove excess liquid from the wood with a scraper.
Experienced housewives also recommend lubricating the wooden surface with mineral oil. This will keep the board clean longer and make it less susceptible to water damage.
