How to quickly cook baked peppers with cheese and greens

Apples baked with with cheese is a well-known dish to everyone, but pepper with sour milk cheese is not.
It is usually stuffed and prepared in the same way as cabbage rolls. But this recipe will not leave anyone indifferent, and it is not as difficult to prepare as it may seem at first glance.

To prepare it you need:< /p>
- 4 bell peppers;
- 200 g of sour milk cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- fresh herbs, oil, salt and pepper to taste.

How to cook
This amount of ingredients is enough to make four servings.
So, wash the pepper, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds, leaving the stem, otherwise the pepper will not hold its shape.
Mix sour milk cheese and 2 chicken eggs, salt and add other spices to taste.
Then grind garlic, finely chop greens (dill, cilantro or parsley), mix with sour milk cheese to a uniform consistency.
< p>Stuff the pepper with sour milk cheese, put it in a baking dish, cover with oil, and put grated hard cheese on top.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the pepper to bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot to the table.
