- 500 g carrots
- 3 cloves of garlic

- 0.5 tsp. red pepper
- 3 tbsp. l. oil
For better taste, use fresh carrots grated on a special grater for Korean salads so that it is thin and crispy.
The cooking method is simple: grate carrots on a special grater , add salt, sugar, coriander, red pepper and minced garlic. Stir. Heat the oil in a pan and add it to the carrots along with the vinegar. Mix everything well and leave to infuse for 1-2 hours.
Quick Korean carrots will be ready to eat in a few hours, but if you let them stand overnight in the refrigerator, their taste will become even richer.
