How to quickly cook delicious stuffed cabbage rolls

Cabbage rolls are popular with many people. This dish traditionally takes pride of place on any holiday table. But it requires some effort. Not every novice cook can handle such a task. In such cases, an alternative recipe comes to the rescue. Preparing this treat does not require much effort. It is ideal for lunch or dinner, and all the household members will definitely ask to repeat this dish again.
First, you need to prepare all the components:
- onion and carrot – 1 pc.;
- rice – 200 g;
- cabbage – 500 g;
- minced meat – 500 g;
- pepper – 1 pc.;
- egg – 1 pc.;
- tomato paste and sour cream – 1 tbsp. l.;
- salt, coriander – 1 tsp. l.;
- water – 300 ml.
Cooking recipe
Cereals should be boiled until half cooked.
Vegetables should be chopped. Onions and carrots need to be fried.
Next, in a deep container, you need to mix rice, cabbage, fried meat and minced meat. After that, add egg, salt and spices.
Then, you need to mold the mixture into lush cakes and fry them in a heated frying pan.
After the cabbage rolls, you need to put them in a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining vegetable fried meat on top, as well as a mixture of tomato paste, water and sour cream. The liquid should completely cover the dish.
The cabbage rolls are baked for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
