How to quickly cook hake in an omelet

Want to combine fish with a delicate omelet in a simple and quick dish? Then quickly take hake and cook it according to this recipe: a minimum of time and hassle, and you will feed your family easily and deliciously.
Ingredients:
- hake fillet – 300 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs.;
- milk – 100 ml;
- salt, pepper – to taste;
- greens (parsley, dill) – for serving;
- oil – for frying.
Check the hake fillet for the absence of scales and bones, and then cut into portioned pieces, salt and pepper. In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, add a pinch of salt to taste. In a heated frying pan with a small amount of oil, fry the fish on both sides until golden brown – just a few minutes.
Pour the egg mixture over the fish, reduce the heat and cook under the lid until the omelet sets. For more flavor, you can add finely chopped herbs directly to the omelet. Serve the finished dish hot, garnished with parsley or dill. It is delicious not only warm, but also cold.
