Potato casserole with minced chicken and mozzarella
Ingredients:
- potatoes – 1 kg;
- minced chicken – 500 g;
- mozzarella – 200 g;
- milk – 1 cup;
- flour – 1 tbsp. l.;
- butter – 1 tbsp. l.;
- ground black pepper – to taste;
- salt to taste;
- carrot – 1 pc.;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- tomato – 1 pc.;
- celery – 1 stalk;
- tomato sauce (optional) – 1 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
- wine (optional) – 1-2 tbsp. l.
The minced meat is fried with carrots and onions. A white sauce for the casserole is prepared from flour and butter.
The potatoes, prepared minced meat, cheese and sauce are laid out in layers in a form. All that remains is to bake in the oven. The dish can be served for lunch or dinner.
