How to quickly marinate mild mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 500 g of fresh mushrooms (preferably small ones)
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar (6%)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Bay leaf, black peppercorns
Mushrooms are fresh (without damage and black spots), wash well and cut halve or leave whole if they are small. Boil water in a saucepan, add vinegar, salt, sugar, bay leaf, black peppercorns and thinly sliced garlic. Add the mushrooms to the marinade and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the mushrooms from the heat and let them cool at room temperature. Then pour them into a jar and leave for several hours in the refrigerator. After 3-4 hours, the mushrooms will be ready for tasting.
