Details
It is not as difficult to boil potatoes in their skins as it is to peel them. The sticky skin sticks to your hands and the knife blade, and rushing only “raises the pressure.”
How to peel potatoes very quickly
1. Wash the potatoes properly and before putting them in the pan, take the sharpest knife you have in your kitchen.
2. Make cuts around the potatoes to a depth of 2-3 mm.
3. Now you can put the potatoes in the pan, pour water and start cooking as usual.
4. When ready, pour cold water, wait until it cools down a little so that you can hold it in your hands.
5. Take the potato and, picking up the skin near the cut, simply pull it, it will come off by itself, even without a knife.
Thus, with a light movement of the hand, you can quickly and effortlessly peel even a whole pot of boiled potatoes.
