Do you want to make pickled cabbage, which can be served to the table in 40 minutes? According to this recipe, it turns out crispy, fragrant and ready to serve quite quickly.
Ingredients for quick pickling of cabbage:
- 1 small head of white cabbage< /li>
- 1 carrot
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml of vinegar (6%)
- 200 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
Cut the cabbage large pieces or strips, grate the carrots, and chop the garlic. Mix all this in a deep bowl.
For the marinade, bring water with vinegar, salt, sugar, bay leaf and pepper to a boil. As soon as the marinade boils, remove it from the heat and let it cool a little so that it is not too hot.
