How to quickly pickle tomatoes and eat in 5 hours

Pickled tomatoes can become a great addition to lunch or dinner. And for this you need a little: cook according to our recipe and keep for 5 hours. Incredibly tasty and aromatic tomatoes will be available to everyone.

To prepare, take 500 g of sweet tomatoes, cut them into halves or quarters. Add a red (purple) onion cut into half rings, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. Provencal herbs, 0.5 tsp. black pepper, 3 tbsp. oil and 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar.

Carefully mix with a spoon so that all the tomatoes are evenly in the marinade.

Send to the refrigerator for 5 hours, then taste. According to this recipe, the tomatoes will be sweet, aromatic, moderately spicy. If you like a more spicy taste, hot pepper will help you.
