How to quickly prepare a grated pie with sour milk cheese

A cake made of crumbly shortcrust pastry can become decorating the table for a family dinner or when guests arrive. Dishes with sour milk cheese are healthy and tasty. If, for example, preparing the dessert “Tears of an Angel” is time-consuming, and you are tired of fritters or pancakes, I suggest preparing a grated pie.

It is extremely difficult to come up with something simpler and tastier than this recipe. Sour milk cheese will be used as a filling. Of course, if you wish, you can use fruits or berries as a filling.

To prepare:

  • butter – 200 g;
  • flour – 450 g;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • sugar (for dough) – 120 g;
  • raising agent – 1 tsp. l.;
  • salt – 1 pinch;
  • sour milk cheese – 550 g;
  • sugar (for cream) – 200 g;
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.

How to cook

Mix sifted wheat flour with baking powder and add salt. Grate the butter on a large grater, and then mix it with the flour mixture until it becomes a fine crumb.

Mix two eggs with sugar, beat to a lush foam with a mixer and pour into the butter and flour crumb.

Now we knead the soft and pliable dough so that it turns out elastic and uniform. We divide it into 2 parts and put it in bags in the freezer for 1 hour.

Then we mix sour milk cheese, sugar, sour cream, 2 chicken eggs, a pinch of salt and beat it to a thick and homogeneous mass – for the filling.

One part of the dough should be rolled into a layer 3-4 mm thick and placed in a baking dish, forming the sides.

Then we spread the cheese filling, evenly distributing it over the entire form.

< p>Grate the rest of the dough on a large grater and spread it evenly over the filling.

Put the pie in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
