What products should be prepared
- rind (preliminarily peel 5-6 medium-sized apples);
- 2.5 large spoons of sugar (you can use honey);
- half a liter of water.

It is worth noting that you can also use the core of apples to prepare vinegar – the liquid will be even tastier and more useful.
The water must be perfectly clean, so it must either be filtered, or brought to a boil and cooled.
We proceed to the preparation itself.
Put the apple “waste” in a sterile jar. Add sugar or honey to water, stir to dissolve. Then send this water to the jar.
On top, you need to cover the container with either several layers of gauze or a new rubber glove.
For two weeks, the vinegar should be in a cool, dark place. Once a day you need to stir the mixture.
After the time has passed, you need to strain the vinegar and pour it into a new container. Cover with a cloth “lid”. We hide it again for 14 days and do not forget to stir it once a day.
After two weeks, the useful vinegar is ready for use.
