How to quickly prepare homemade cream cheese in a fast way

One of the popular methods, which we will publish below, allows you to prepare delicious cream cheese. It turns out not much worse than the product of industrial production, but noticeably cheaper.

Required:

  • sour cream (25-30% fat) 400 g;
  • ryazhanka (3.2%) 400 g;
  • kefir (3.2%) 400 g;
  • salt to taste;
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp . l.

How to cook:

1. Mix sour cream, ryazhanka and kefir in a bowl, then add salt and lemon juice.

2. Mix until smooth.

3. Cover the colander with several layers of cheesecloth and set it over a saucepan or deep bowl.

4. Transfer the sour-milk mixture into a colander and wait until all the whey has drained.

5. We collect the cheese mass in cheesecloth, roll it up, put it under a press for several hours.

We use the finished product to make creams or sandwiches.
