How to quickly prepare pumpkin juice for the winter

Pumpkin season continues. It is hard to imagine autumn without them. So, it's time to prepare jars for the winter. If you need a budget and quick juice recipe, then take it to the piggy bank. Perfect pumpkin juice without wasting time.

Ingredients

The following products are required for preparation:

  • pumpkin – 1.5 kg;
  • sugar – 150 g;
  • water — 1.5 l;
  • citric acid — 1 tsp.

How to make juice

You need a ripe pumpkin for preparation. Cut it into cubes and pour water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil to soften the pumpkin. Then turn all this into puree with a blender.

Add sugar and citric acid to the prepared puree. If you need to adjust the thickness, add water. Boil for another 10-15 minutes until the foam stops appearing on the surface.

Pour into sterilized jars. Close the lids and leave to cool. Then in the pantry and until winter. Delicious!
